Romans 12:6-10
6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; 7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; 8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.

Grace - Grace = Gifts from God
This verse tells us that the Grace of God may manifest itself in our lives through various "Gifts" from God. They could be part of the personal skills, talents or abilities in our lives in the form of "prophesying", "Serving", "Teaching", "encourage", "giving", "lead" or "Mercy". Always do your best to utilize your God-given gifts, skills, talents, and abilities, granted through the Grace of God), to be put to best use for the betterment of God's kingdom here on earth.
