Proverbs 5:1-2
1 My son [daughter], if you listen closely to my wisdom and good sense, 2 you will have sound judgment, and you will always know the right thing to say.

Answer...Yes, according to this verse...if you listen to the wisdom and good sense of your parents [assuming they are Godly parents], "...you will have sound judgment, and you will always know the right thing to say.
