VERSE:
Psalm 119:18
18 Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law.
LESSON:
Can you look towards something...and still not see it? This verse seems to say so. It calls upon the Lord to help us to "...see wonderful things..." What wonderful things? The things written in the Bible that were put there for our benefit. The Bible is much deeper than many people may at first assume. This verse acknowledges that fact and asks God to help "...Open my eyes that I may see...". My prayer for you is that you will work as hard to see the true meaning in the Bible...as you do for any other book that you may ever read in your life.
