Romans 3:23-24 (New International Version)
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

For whom did Jesus come to earth to redeem?
All of us. Anyone ever born on this earth. This verse tells us "...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". The "Good News" is that we "...are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus".
