VERSE:
Acts 4:32-34
32 All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they had. 33 With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and much grace was upon them all. 34 There were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned lands or houses sold them, brought the money from the sale.
LESSON:
In this verse, we are told that the apostles were full of "grace", when it states that "...much grace was upon them all." Can "grace" change a person? Can "Grace" change an entire church congregation? This verse seems to tell us that the experience the apostles had when testifying to the resurrection of Jesus seemed to be related to their receiving the gift of "Grace". "Grace" seemed to lead them to be completely focused on sharing the good news of Jesus. They shared everything that they owned with each other...to the point that "...There were no needy persons among them...". Imagine if we, and our churches....were full of "Grace". What wonderful sharing we could accomplish. It would change our lives. It would change our church.
