VERSE:
Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
LESSON:
In this verse, we are told that through "grace" and through our "faith" we have been "saved". It is NOT because of ANY of our "works" (anything that we might have done) that God saves us. We can't take the credit for it...and must give ALL of the credit to God. It may be along with our faith...but in the end it is really ALL about God's Grace!
