VERSE:
1 Corinthians 13:1
1 What if I could speak all languages of humans and of angels? If I did not love others, I would be nothing more than a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
LESSON:
This verse speaks to us about the difference between "talking the talk", and "walking the walk". It speaks about the differences between saying what you believe, and showing other what you believe by putting your words into action. Those who love others, do things for others. They show their love...by doing. This verse calls us to do more than talk...it calls us to action. It says that if all we do is talk, then we are nothing more than a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal".
