12 Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
LESSON:
Is the Christian's life supposed to be easy? This verse is pretty clear on this topic. No. The Christian should expect to undergo a "trial" or two in his/her life. It however promises the Christian "...the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him...". "Blessed is the man (woman) who perseveres under trial..."
